A BGA package saves space on a board.Surface Mount is mounted on telecom switching.For designers, telecom product offers a great deal of flexibility by operating on the 3.3V supply voltage.To ensure normal operation, -40°C must be set at a minimum value.Normal operation is ensured by setting 85°C to the maximum value.Telecommunications device is recommended that at least 3.135V voltage be supplied.3.465V should be lower than the voltage supplied.Transceivers 8 are integrated into telecommunication tools.
