To save board space, the 208-LBGA package is used.Packing is done according to the Tray method.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.A higher supply voltage for 3.15V~3.45V will improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~85°C can offer reliable performance.Telecom switching configuration has 208 terminations.It operates with a voltage of 3.3V.As a telecom IC, ATM/SONET/SDH NETWORK INTERFACE is used.During design, 1 functions are configured.
