XD9260A19DER-Q Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~105°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.9V. DC DC switching regulator's 1.5A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the XD9260 family.
