XCV100E-6CS144C Overview


A 144-TFBGA, CSPBGA package contains it, and it is available for download. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Its 94 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. A fundamental building block contains 2700 logic elements or cells. Power is provided by a 1.8V-volt supply.
