XC9282A07E0R-G Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 5-XFBGA, WLBGA package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~105°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 6MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.7V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 600mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the XC9282 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
