XC9261B2DCER-G Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. 105°C should be the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature. Adjusting voltage regulator should be possible to operate the machine at a temperature higher than -40°C. The maximum switching frequency of the regulator is 1200kHz, which is used to operate it. This 12 volt voltage regulator has an output current of 1.5A A at the top of the range.
