9XCite™ series contain this RF transmitter and receiver.The voltage supplied to 5V~12V can improve efficiency.It has ISM applications.RF Transmitter operation can be achieved with a maximum operating temperature of 70°C°C.It operates at a minimum temperature of 0°C degrees Celsius in order to ensure reliability.A 12V-volt supply voltage is recommended for maximum efficiency.
