High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. The Sitara™ series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A9 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has CAN, HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McASP, MMC/SD/SDIO, QSPI, SPI, SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.3V on this CPU. Suppliers offer a 491-NFBGA (17x17) package.
