This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.W-CDMA, HSPDA RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 10-LDFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 3.2V~4.2V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.As a whole, there are 1 function(s) in the RF Amplifier.In order to operate it, 465mA~510mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.Different functions can be applied to 10 terminations.
