WM5102SECS/R Overview
Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 137-UFBGA, WCSP package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. This electronic part is categorized as a type of Audio, making it capable of providing high-efficiency performance in a variety of applications. Surface Mount is the mounting type employed by this device. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. In addition, it is equipped with 6 / 7 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit receives 1.7V~1.9V as a supply voltage. It receives a voltage of 1.7V~3.47V as its supply voltage. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 137 terminations are used. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. Analog signals are converted to digital signals by means of 6 A/D converters. Power supplies of 1.2/1.8V are used to operate it. Often in the process of converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 7 D/A converters. Voltages below 1.14V are supported by it. There is a maximum supply voltage of 1.9V.
