VTB8440BH Overview
Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 40V voltage. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. A photodiode occurs even at 2nA current without light input.
