VLHW4100 Description
The VLHW4100 is a clear, untinted 3 mm LED for high-end applications where the supreme luminous intensity is required. The lamp utilizes highly developed ultrabright InGaN technologies. The lens and the viewing angle are optimized to achieve the best performance of light output and visibility. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -40 and 85℃. And the transistor VLHW4100 in the Bulk package with 5V Reverse voltage.
