UZ8724 Overview


In order to supply this electrical device, a reverse leakage current of 500 nA @ 18.2 V is required.This value (Tol) represents the maximum voltage that can be supplied.Zener (Nom) voltage is reduced to 24 V during operation.This device should be operated with 10.5 mA as the working test voltage.The voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches 19.2 mV/°C at maximum value.Reverse test voltages of 18.2 V are recommended for maximum functionality.
