UVG5S Overview


To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Tray. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 80°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -20°C. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 1nA current.
