UVG20C Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 50V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 50V. As a rule of thumb, when photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 80°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -20°C.
