Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -45°C~85°C.In order to operate high power RF switch, 16 pins are required.An RF switch ic with the Cellular RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 2.9V~3.2V volts are available.
