The RF amplifier has type GPS RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Cut Tape (CT).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 6-XFDFN Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 1.6V~3.3V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 6.2mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.6 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.For its operation, 6.5mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.
