UM9441 Overview
For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Axial packages. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 175 °C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -55 °C. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 100 V.
