TSB514IDT Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a MouseReel case. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. In terms of operating temperatures, this buffer amplifier works very well at a temperature of around -40°C ~ 125°C . The buffer amplifier is capable of operating from a supply current of 1.4 mA . This op amp contains 4 circuits. On the buffer amps, there are 4 Channel channels that can be used. One of the many benefits of this op amp ic is that it emits Rail-to-Rail signals.
