TS822AIZT Overview
Uses the handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 3.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 2.5V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 3.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed NOT SPECIFIED.Part 3 has its pins 3 settled.Through Hole can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.Searching for "TS822" will yield other relevant parts.It can be used by applications with 15mA inputs.There is Through Hole suitable application for Through Hole.The cathode current should be 60μA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.5V.
