Uses the handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.Input can be entered via a Adjustable form.Through Hole can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used by applications with 12mA inputs.The cathode current should be 65μA.This voltage is fixed/minimum.Parts would send a voltage of 10V at their maximum.In this part, the supplier voltage reference ic package is TO-92.
