TS3325AQPR Overview
There is a handy package 8-UFQFN used in this program.Series control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of ±0.15%.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.Input can be entered on a Fixed form.If you are designing a PCB that requires a high level of precision, Surface Mount is available.Within -40°C~125°C TA range of work.It is common for the voltage reference circuit to accept a voltage input of 1.8V~5.5V.In this case, 2.5V is the fixed/minimum voltage generated.As a result of its operation, the supply current used is 10μA.
