TS1431BCX RFG Overview
A handy package called TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.5%.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within 0°C~70°C is my area of expertise.100mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 600μA.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 2.495V.There would be 36V higher voltage than 36V from the voltage reference circuit.0 is the device package of the supplier for this voltage reference circuit.
