TS1431ACX RFG Overview


Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.Input can be entered via a Adjustable form.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of 0°C~70°C.It can be used by applications with 100mA inputs.The cathode current should be 600μA.This voltage is fixed/minimum.Parts would send a voltage of 36V at their maximum.In this part, the supplier voltage reference ic package is SOT-23.
