TPS62363YZHR Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-UFBGA, DSBGA package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Programmable) output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.5MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.5V 1V 1.2V 1.36V 1.5V. DC DC switching regulator's 2.5A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family TPS62363. Voltage can be produced at 1.77V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 16 pins. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.5V. A maximum output current of 3A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 1.77V, which is the highest available. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the DCS-Control™ family. An input voltage of 5.5V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. No external factors affect how much current harley voltage regulator consumes.
