TPS62203TDE2 Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving Die package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 300mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 6V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. In the particular voltage regulators, the TPS62203 family is represented. There are 0 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 3.3V volts.
