TPS62000SKGD1 Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 19 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 19-UltraCSP™ (Xcept) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -55°C~210°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 750kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V for operation. In the particular voltage regulators, the TPS62000 family is represented. A voltage of 5.5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 0 pins used for switching regulator operation. A 300mA A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. With 5.5V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 50μA A of quiescent current. With this voltage regulator, you will be able to operate it from a 3.6V V supply voltage.
