The Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers Texas Instruments TPS2051CDBVR is a high-performance, single-channel power switch designed for USB and other applications where heavy-load switch control is required. This component integrates a N-channel MOSFET that can handle a continuous current of up to 1.5 A. The small SOT-23-5 package makes it ideal for space-constrained applications. TPS2051CDBVR Features
