TMP20AIDCKR Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is important to protect analog sensors by packaging them in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 5 pins. As a result, the analog sensors could supply a current 4μA. It should provide a DC voltage of 5.5V at its maximum. A magnetic switch, however, can supply a voltage as low as 1.8V when used in a DC circuit. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 2.6μA. A maximum operating temperature of 125°C can be set for analog sensors. It is important that the operating temperature of this sensor is not below -55°C to ensure its function.
