TMP114AIYMTT Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Cut Tape. Analog sensors are isolated in 4-XFBGA, DSBGA packages to protect them from damage. Analog sensors may supply a current of 68 uA when they are operating. For optimal performance, the sensor's current output should generally be 3 mA.
