TMAG5231B1DQDBZR Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Cut Tape in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 3μA. For magnetic switches to be actuated, the maximum current should be 5mA. In the event of a magnetic switch malfunction, it could supply 1.65 V to 5.5 V voltage.
