TIP49 Description

 

TIP49  are NPN transistors which are made of semiconductor materials such as silicon or germanium. When p-type semiconductor materials are fused between two n-type semiconductor materials, NPN transistors are formed. NPN transistors have three terminals: emitter, base and collector.
