THS6302IRHFR Overview
There is a neat VQFN-28 package used in buffer. A Reel external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Line Driver logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). There are - outputs that digital buffer can handle. THS6302 series devices are included in this network transceiver. High-quality communication is provided by 4 Channel channels on thisnetwork transceiver. It outputs - 75 uA when it is in low-level mode, which is the default. There is a possibility of the electronic component conducting 110 uA of current when it is in high-level output mode. The logical driver has the ability to output 4 Output signal lines at the same time. Signal transmission is more cost-effective with its 4 Input lines level input capability. This part is supplied with a ethernet transceiver package that is 28-VQFN (5x4) from the supplier. The basic operation of it is based on 4 circuits.
