64-VFQFN Exposed Pad-case packaging is used.The Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.A variable range of operating temperatures is provided by the device.1.1V ~ 1.3V, 1.7V ~ 3.6V volts are the supply output of the chip.To enter input, the user can use a V-by-One®HS form.CSI-2, MIPI is the output type of the interface IC.To operate, there are 8 inputs.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to maintain 6 outputs on the device.This electrical component can be found in the - series.
