TDA386400200AUMA1 Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Reel package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 36-PowerVFQFN package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ). This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 400kHz ~ 2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.25V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 40A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 17V for this voltage regulator 12v. By using the 3.04V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. In the TDA38640 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
