TC7WH125FK,LJ(CT Overview
There is a neat 8-VFSOP (0.091, 2.30mm Width) package used in buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 2V~5.5V supply voltage for this logic IC. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C~85°C. This buffer IC has a 8mA 8mA high and low logic state output current. There are 3-State outputs that digital buffer can handle. A total of 2 elements are used. 7WH series devices are included in this network transceiver. 8 terminations with different functions are available on this transceiver. An input voltage of 3.3V is required. LV/LV-A/LVX/H family part. The bus transceiver has 2 ports. For each element, there are 1 bits. The digital buffer requires a minimum voltage of 2V.
