TC74A1-3.3VAT Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tube. To prevent damage to the analog sensors, they are packaged in TO-220-5 packages. This electronic part has 5 terminations. Analog sensors could supply 350μA current when operating. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.7V in a DC circuit, however. When operating, the analog sensors could supply 2.7, 5.5 V voltage. There are 3 pins on it. For optimal performance, the sensor's current output should be 50mA. Normally, this sensor will supply 3.3V voltage. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for analog sensors to 125 °C. In order for this sensor to work, the operating temperature should not be lower than -40 °C.
