The STMicroelectronics T610T-8FP Triac is a three-terminal, bidirectional, solid-state switch designed for AC switching applications. It is capable of controlling AC power up to 800V and 45A. It is available in a TO-220FPAB package and has a gate trigger voltage of 1.3V and a gate trigger current of 10mA.
