The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 780-FBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. In the CPU, there are 4 Core 64-Bit cores and 4 Core 64-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. QorIQ T2 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a PowerPC e6500 processor. It has DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. A I2C, MMC/SD, PCIe, RapidIO, SPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
