The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 780-FBGA. In the CPU, there are 2 Core 64-Bit cores and 2 Core 64-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~105°C TA. QorIQ T1 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a PowerPC e5500 processor. It has DDR3L, DDR4 RAM controllers. A I2C, MMC/SD, PCIe, SPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
