The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 525-FBGA, FCBGA. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 64-Bit cores and 1 Core 64-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~105°C TA. QorIQ T1 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a PowerPC e5500 processor. It has DDR3L, DDR4 RAM controllers.
