STTH30RQ06G-TR Description
STTH30RQ06G-TR manufactured by STMicroelectronics is a type of ultrafast high-voltage rectifier. It is characterized by high junction temperature capability, low thermal resistance, and low reverse current. In addition, it is able to reduce switching and conduction losses when operating. It is specifically designed for applications where a highvoltage secondary rectification is required for LLC full bridge topology, as well as switching power supplies, and industrial applications, such as rectification, freewheeling and clamping diode.
