STG3699ADWF Overview
High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tray. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C TA are extended for operation. A SPDT switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 4 circuits in this multiplexer. Try searching with STG3699 if you're looking for variants. This analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~4.3V to drain from a single voltage supply.
