An RF Amplifier with a cost-effective RF/Microwave device type of NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER.A RF type of 802.11/WiFi, WLAN is provided by the RF amplifier.Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured.The RF power Amplifier has been packed in 12-UFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient overseas shipping.You should mount Amplifiers RF in the way of Surface Mount.3V~5V voltage is available from the Amplifiers RF.RF Amp has the following additional features: HIGH RELIABILITYIf the supply current is operated in the range of 290mA or higher, it will provide its performance.On this high power RF Amplifier, there are 12 pins.1 functions are available in total for the RF Amplifier.There is a supply RF Amplifiers' current called 290mA that is used to operate it.A variety of functions can be performed on 12 terminations.At85°C, RF power Amplifier shouldrun.
