It is included with the 8-SMD, J-Lead, Side Port package as a convenience. As a precaution, the transducers should be set to -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable operation. An input voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is sufficient to operate the transducers. 5 Psi is the maximum pressure range that can be set by this transducer.
