RF Amplifier with cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave Device Type.An RF amplifier with the General Purpose RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Due to its 6-SMD, Flat Leads packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 4.5V~5.5V volts are available.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 10mA.6 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
