TD-SCDMA, UMTS, WCS, WCDMA of the RF amplifier.High reliability is achieved using advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the RF power Amplifier's packaging in 20-LQFN Exposed Pad.The mount Amplifiers RF should be done in the direction of Surface Mount.It is possible to supply 5V volts to the Amplifiers RF.Added features of this RF Amp include: SMAIt is powered by a RF Amplifiers' current of 470mA which is used for its operation.
