An RF amplifier with the CDMA, GSM, WCDMA RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Due to its 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 4.75V~5.25V volts are available.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 100mA.1 functions (s) are included in the RF Amplifier.Various 8 terminations.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
