Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.In order to operate high power RF switch, 20 pins are required.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to its 4 INPUT 2 OUTPUT SWITCH feature.An RF switch ic with the DBS RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 3V~5.5V volts are available.
