A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC-16 package.A packaging method of Tube is used.1 Driver drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.Temperature range -40°C ~ 125°C is allowed for this device.The basis of this system consists of 1 Output outputs.This device supports a current output of 10 mA at the output.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 4.2 V to 30 V.Gate drivers of this type are included in the Si8274 series.During operation, a voltage of 8 mA is applied to the power supply.The operation channel configuration is 2.
